OKC Metro Contractors Guild Membership Application

Requirements

To become a Member:

In order to be eligible for Guild Membership, a contractor must agree to the requirements listed below. the initial membership fee is due, payable to the OKC Metro Contractors Guild at the induction of the new Guild member.

The Process:

The tradesman was nominated and voted for consideration into the Guild by the Board of Directors. The Board will then present the applicant to the Guild members for a vote. The contractor must receive all votes in favor of his/her admittance to the Guild. Any votes opposed to the candidates induction will end the process and the contractor will not be admitted to the Guild.

1. I will attend the Guild meetings

  •  Meetings are scheduled every 2 months.
  • Meetings will be held on a predetermined day from 8am-11am.
  • If I am unable to make a meeting, I may send a decision maker in my place.
  • If I decide at the end of the year to resign my membership, 30 days before renewal, I will give written notice to the Board of Directors.

    2. I commit to a minimum of ONE year membership

    • As a member I agree to be active in the Guild
    • Refer other Guild members,
    • Respond to customers in a timely manner,
    • Give feedback on business growth

    3. Required trade items

    • Keep current on all licensing, certifications, and continuing education
    • Be fully insured per my trade requirements

    Who is sponsoring you into the Guild?
    Monthly and Quarterly dues payments must be on auto bank draft or auto credit card payment. You can submit payments by check or credit card through PayPal
