1: Do they provide you with options or do they just say you need a whole new system?
2: Compare prices: if you cannot have a technician come in to give you an estimate, research the internet and call companies for pricing.

- Testimonials: Do they have videos of satisfied customers?
5: Reviews: Do they have all good reviews or do they have some that are not quite 5’s but they responded to the reviews?
